1. Who we are
This website and the payment process described here are operated by Calvenor Capitals Limited, a company incorporated in Bangladesh (RJSC Registration No. C-213606/2026). Trade Licence No. TRAD/DNCC/016308/2026. References to a Calvenor brand identify the relevant operating brand or service line; invoices, payment requests and receipts are issued by Calvenor Capitals Limited unless an invoice expressly states otherwise.
2. Service scope and appointments
Calvenor provides and supports education consultancy, event management, vehicle-rental and other professional services through its operating brands. These are in-person, appointment-based or directly arranged services; this website is not an online product catalogue or shopping cart. The applicable scope, deliverables, appointment date, price in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), payment due date and any service-specific conditions are stated in the invoice, proposal, engagement letter or written confirmation provided to the customer.
3. Invoice-based payment
Payment links are generated manually or automatically only against a confirmed dashboard invoice. A payment request must show and be checked against the invoice reference, customer name, service description and BDT amount before payment. Payment of an invoice confirms acceptance of these Terms, the Return & Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the applicable invoice conditions.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide complete and accurate information, attend or participate as reasonably required for the agreed service, and notify Calvenor promptly of an error in an invoice or booking. Calvenor may reschedule or pause a service where information, approvals or payment needed to proceed are not provided.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes to an appointment or service request should be made as early as possible. Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. An invoice or signed engagement may contain additional service-specific terms, which take precedence where they conflict with these general terms.
6. Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Calvenor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
