Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider; Calvenor does not ask customers to send card, mobile-wallet or banking credentials by email or messaging.

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare or administer an appointment or service, issue and reconcile invoices, process approved refunds, provide support, maintain required business records and protect against fraud or misuse.
3. Sharing and service providers
Information is shared only where reasonably necessary to provide a service, process a payment, comply with a legal obligation or support Calvenor’s operations. This can include payment processors, banks, professional advisers and technology providers acting for Calvenor. We do not sell personal information.
